Monday, 21th of July 2014: hope…..
OK…let’s keep it really short again. Last temperature over night at 2 am…. This morning I have been waken up by the doc telling me that we might have to transfer Luka despite of his temperature, else we might have to stay for weeks in the end…. Lots to think about, while at the same time my parents and a wonderful crew of dearest friends tried to put our life and belongings back together in our new house back in Germany without us…. Not an easy thing if you go through all the questions via FaceTime or phone while taking care if your sick son or directing the movers at the other side….the first call was about the piano…it seemed that the crew that packed our stuff in London have been really surprised by the fact that a piano came out of the truck in Germany again !?!…Funnily enough the same crew put it into he truck at the other end in London…..And now they seem to have problems to bring it into the house even though it is separately shown and insured on all papers weeks ago…Just one little thing we laugh about …now….else dealing with far more severe problems. Unfortunately my parents and friends have to deal with our problems at home….Love you all for doing that and hope I can pay you back twice and triple!!!!!!
Anyhow, by tonight we got confirmation that we are dealing with a virus….and if all things are finally in favor of us and Luka doesn’t spike a temperature again we might finally find our way home. Luckily enough Tobi and Nicole (my brother and sister (inlaw)) arrived today….no need to say that we feel relaxed for all of the sudden….So let’s not say anything for the moment but just wait for tomorrow….just a quick note about the pics; did you know they serve chocolate fondue in hospital ??? And the rest of the day is just a crazy summary of my life here within hospital and face timing to Hofheim …
